Taxi is rather expensive in Japan compared to any other countries in the world. Taxi charges are both counted by distance (km) and time consumed.

Following Taxi company has shown interest to welcome foreign visitors to Fukushima but they say there is no English spoken driver nor staff.

Therefore we made attached Excel form to book your transportation

2. Type of Taxi: There are kind of taxi type Please check this page. You may bring your bow case to the venue, please consider the size of the car big enough
3. If you have more than 4 passengers, it will be better to chose Toyota Hi-Ace type, that will be big enough to carry all of your bow case.
4. To book your taxi please fill in this form and e mail it to the Taxi company.

They accept credit card and JYE cash on arrival and they charge you by meter.

Note for TAXI in Japan

There are 2 kind of TAXI
1. Meter TAXI : They charges distance and time consumed.
2. Hire : They charges by time and distance; often they have sight seeing drive too.　(more expensive than normal meter TAXI）

They have also sightseeing drive by taxi, which is rather common for Japanese holiday traveler.
