We feel sorry that we tried our best to find a travel agency who can handle this event however current circumstances, it does not call an interest for them. (Too small numbers of archers who would like to have a package travel ) However these days a lot of on-line travel agencies which you can choose. Here we make some link for your convenience. To our surprise there are quite a few net travel agencies who has English or multi language service on their web.

The venue is mentioned this page. The park is quite a big area please show this place to Hotel front and your driver. The venue is called Azuma Sogo Undo Koen （あづま総合運動公園）Daini Tamokuteki Hiroba （第二多目的広場）　Be sure to instruct the location.
