Entry Procedures

1.Fill up entry form. Entry Will be closed in June 2024:

Because of the quota for overseas archers are limited, we may close earlier.

2. After receiving your entry form, we will submit you a e-mail confirmation of your entry and PayPal remittance request.

3. please remit the entry fee Through PayPal request we issue. Dead line for remittance is 30/ June. Upon receiving your remittance, your entry will be registered.

4. In principle, we may not refund your entry fee if you cancel your entry after the remittance

5. We will issue overseas archer’s entry list from time to time, and your name, bow division, and other information will be mentioned on the official list. To enter the form, we deem that you accepted your aforesaid personal information to be mentioned on our competition list.

General notice from the organizers

a) entry fee;

In principle we will not refund you the entry fee after remittance in case of cancellation.

b) Inclusion of Name and Relevant Information: The organizers may publish your name, affiliation, and details related to the sports event in brochures, websites, or other promotional materials or other medias
The organizers may use photographs taken during the event, which may be distributed by the organizers in brochures, websites, or other media.
