From Narita to Tokyo
To catch a bullet train “Shinkansen” to Fukushima, you once have to heading to Tokyo.
Bullet train “Shinkansen” to Fukushima starts form “Tokyo Station” and Next stop is “Ueno”
There are 2 different train lines to come to Tokyo from Narita airport one is Narita Express heading to Tokyo of JR line and the other is Keisei Sky Liner heading to UENO
You would be better to choose one of them by arrival and get out the gate time at the Narita airport.
